He was so helpful to us during our first visit to Iowa City, picking us up from the Cedar Rapids Airport, taking us to buy supplies and dropping us at not one, but two hotels because our first hotel was oversold. I and my family have used Anaman airport shuttle service on numerous occasions and in every way, from timeliness, friendly courteous service, incredible flexibility accommodating delayed flights and unexpected changes in schedules, etc. they have exceled. Their easy professionalism is a hallmark. We will continue to use and highly recommend their services to everyone.
I flew in at midnight in September 2021 and Felix was there to pick me up. We waited for another passenger in a different flight. Felix was professional, his main concern was that I did not wait too long while we figured out where the other passenger was, and was ready to send a different car if needed so he could drive me to Iowa City. The car was clean, comfortable. The experience was so good I recommended it to my department for guest speakers and we ended up using Anaman for four visitors in November. The service then was exceptional.

At this point I have only booked my shuttle time, and want to commend the very patient, kind and helpful agent who assisted me over the phone with filling out the forms online and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
