What is Anaman Concierge Services cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge if you cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time for all airport transfers.
For weddings or special events, there will be a full refund only if you cancel three weeks prior to your reservation pickup date.
There is no refunds for all reservations made via phone, payments are final.
Anaman Concierge Services is unable to refund payment if cancelled less than 24 hours’ notice prior to your pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
Anaman Concierge Services will not or do not take responsibilities for any reservation with a very tight time schedule to your flight boarding time. We recommend you to be at the airport two hours prior to your boarding/flight take off.

Refunds normally show on your account within three (3) to five (5) business days. Credit card refunds are submitted to the financial institution within one (1) business day; check with your financial institution for more information.
Addition of unknown passenger policy:
A fee will be charged in the event of you adding on a passenger who is not on your reservation at the point of your pickup.
What if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups, you have a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays. By providing your flight details upon booking, we are able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. We would also appreciate greatly if you also keep us informed on every update. If there is a very long delay and the driver is not able to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.
Can I make an extra stop to my one-way booking?
If you wish to make one or more stopovers during your ride, we recommend an hourly ride booking. Please list the stops that you would like to make in your Note.
Wait Time – Airport Transfer
Wait time is not charged for commercial flights unless customers choose to deviate from proceeding to the stated customer/chauffeur meeting location. In such instances, customers are permitted twenty (20) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Wait time beyond twenty (20) minutes will result in charges equal to the transfer base rate plus the hourly rate.

Extra Stops
For transfer reservations, customers are allowed to make one stop, along the route, which does not exceed fifteen (10) minutes. If the stop exceeds fifteen (10) minutes, the customer will be charged the transfer base rate plus the hourly rate for the vehicle.
How do I make changes to my booking?
To make changes on existing booking, simple email us or call the ACS hotline to help you make that change. For one-way rides, you can make changes up to one hour before the pickup time, and for hourly rides you can make changes up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
Do you accept contracts?
Yes, we do. Anaman Concierge Services believes in working relationships and, therefore will be happy to serve you according to your need being it short or long term contract.
What Forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit / Debit Cards, Checks, Cash and E-Check Services.
Deposits
For weddings and long-distance chauffeur / transportation services, a non refundable booking fee deposit is required.
Smoking and Drinking of alcohol is not allowed
We do not allow smoking or drinking of alcohol in any of our vehicles.
Booking
Special rates may be applied on certain occasions. An example is a reduced special rate for family and friends visiting their patients at the various hospitals in the area.
A no-show upon booking will result in full payment of service and, will be charged for reservations not canceled by the deadline of 5 business days for weddings or long-distance chauffeur services and, 5 hours for airport pickup / drop off and hourly services all in advance prior to the booked date and time.

Pet and Service Animals
Animals may only be transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container. In the event damage occurs to the vehicle, caused by the animal, a damage and/or cleaning fee may be charged. There is always an extra fee charged to passengers with pets.
For passengers with disabilities traveling with a service animal, the animal does not require being transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container.
In-Vehicle Complimentary WiFi
Many of ACS vehicles offer passengers complimentary In-Vehicle access to WiFi. Any passenger who utilize the complimentary In-Vehicle WiFi understands and agrees that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the Internet, whether the connection to the Internet is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. These security issues range from interception of transmissions, loss of data, or the introduction of viruses or other programs that can damage your device or network.
Service Advisories
Weather Conditions and Road Conditions may be delays and changes to normal operations due to severe weather and traffic incidents. Whenever possible, Anaman Concierge Services will post information to website, or other forms of communication, to notify customers in advance.
Travel Times and Delays
Anaman Concierge Services and its partners are not responsible for significant delays in anticipated arrival due to traffic, weather, or road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Under such conditions, Anaman Concierge Services reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations in advance of the scheduled pickup.
Shared ride travel typically takes longer as customers wait for fellow passengers to load or unload. In addition to being affected by other passengers sharing the ride, travel time is dependent on geography, weather condition, time of day, and traffic conditions which may affect your scheduled travel time.

ACS Airport Shuttle Service Policy
1. Service Overview
Anaman Concierge Services provides airport shuttle services for clients traveling to and from designated airports. Our shuttle services are designed to offer convenience, safety, and comfort, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
2. Booking Requirements
Shuttle bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Clients are required to provide flight details, including flight number, arrival or departure time, and terminal information when booking the service.
Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on availability, but an additional fee may apply.
3. Service Availability
Shuttle services are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays, within the service area.
Service areas include Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty/Cedar Rapids area.
For out-of-area requests, additional charges may apply depending on distance and availability.
4. Pickup and Drop-Off Locations
For airport pickups, drivers will meet clients at the designated pickup point, typically near baggage claim or a specified terminal.
For airport drop-offs, clients will be dropped off at their airline’s designated terminal.
Drivers will assist with luggage loading and unloading.
· For all airport shuttle drop-offs, clients must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time this is typically the top of the hour. For example, if you are scheduled for a 7/7:30 am on the shuttle, you must be ready waiting on the shuttle driver at 7:00am. The driver can only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before proceeding to the next scheduled pickup or heading to the airport. We recommend being prepared in advance to avoid any delays.
5. Waiting Time and Delays
For airport pickups, drivers will monitor flight status and adjust pickup times as needed for delayed flights.
A grace period of 30 minutes is included in the service for unexpected delays in baggage claim or customs clearance. After this period, a waiting fee of [$X] per [unit of time] will be applied.
Clients are encouraged to notify us of any changes to their flight schedule as soon as possible.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time will be fully refunded.
There is no refunds for all cancellations made within [24] hours of the scheduled service time or less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
No-shows or cancellations after the driver has arrived will result in full charge for the service.
7. Safety and Conduct
All passengers must wear seatbelts during transport.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is prohibited in the shuttle.
Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of service without a refund.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or can be arranged to be billed directly through an approved client account.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, or cash.
9. Liability
Anaman Concierge Services is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have allowed adequate time for travel to or from the airport, including check-in and security procedures.
10. Special Requests
Special accommodations, such as child safety seats or additional luggage space, must be requested at the time of booking.
Additional fees may apply for special requests, depending on availability.
